Stir fried sherry liver

Very tasty! If you run out of ideas and want something differant on your table try this.

Ingredients:

400g beef liver
1 onion
2 stalks celery
30 ml Sherry
Austern sauce
Salt / Pepper to taste

Method:
Wash the live under running water. Pat dry and slice into thin slices. Slice the onions and celery stalk into thin slices too. Heat up your pan with 3 tbsp oil. When the oil is hot, brown your garlic until golden, then stir fry the liver for a few minutes. Just before it is cooked through, add a dash of sherry, and austern sauce. Add cellery chilly and onions, and stir fry for another 3 minutes. Add salt or fish sauce and pepper to taste. Serve hot with rice.
